How many London Cab Wedding Cars do you have available to hire?
We have up to six Black London Cabs and one Ivory London Cab.

How many people can a London Cab transport?
5 people, 3 people on the back seat, and 2 people on the separate fold down seats.

Can another person sit at the front with the driver?
No, the passenger space is typically allocated for luggage.

Do all the seats have seat belts?
Yes.

Can children travel in the cab as well?
Yes, our cabs are equipped with anchor points for child seats.

Do you provide child seats for babies?
Yes, from 6 months to 7 years.

What is your minimum starting rate to book a London Cab?
Email us with what you require, we often offer a competitive rate for a short hire.

When does the time start from when hiring a London Cab Wedding Car ?
The time is from pick up until drop off.

What happens if our event takes longer than we had booked for?
That's no problem, we charge an over time rate of per half hour per Cab.

If the hours we paid for are more than the hours taken on the day, can I get a refund for the extra hours not used?
No, as we have pre booked the Cabs for that time.

If we book two Cabs, but only need one for 2 hours and the other for 4 hours, is this ok to do?
Yes, this is fine, we will always suggest the most economical plan for you.

How much deposit do you require to confirm the booking?
Usually 20% of the total quoted price.

When do we need to pay the final balance by?
4 weeks prior to the booking date.

If I want to cancel the booking after paying a deposit, what are the cancellation charges ?
More than 6 months before the event 50% of the deposit paid, within 6 months before the event 100% of the deposit paid.

If I want to cancel the booking after paying the balance payment, what are the cancellation charges ?
Full and Balance Payments:- 14 to 28 days before the event 40% of total booking cost, 0 to 14 days before the event 60% of total booking cost.
